-
Our office is in Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire, but we collaborate with businesses across the UK. Our services are designed to be flexible and accessible no matter your location.
-
When we start working with you, we will create a dedicated SharePoint folder, securely storing all the information you share with us. You will have exclusive access to this folder at all times, where you can track the status of your bids and easily access key documents.
-
As we work with you, we start to build your Bid Library (if you don’t already have one)—a centralised repository of your company’s key information, case studies, and past bids. This reduces the need for repetitive information gathering, streamlining future bids and ultimately lowers costs. Over time, we get to know your business inside out, so each bid becomes more efficient and tailored to your needs.
-
We deliver personalised training sessions tailored to your team’s requirements, focusing on improving their skills, boosting confidence, and ensuring they can independently produce compelling bids in the future. This can be our standard bid writer training, or we can develop a bespoke course based on the specific needs of your team.
-
Our structured approach to bid writing ensures grant applications are compliant, persuasive, and align with funder requirements. While we cannot guarantee success, our expertise will enhance your chances.
-
Absolutely. Whether you are new to bidding or looking to refine your approach, our Bid Review Service offers actionable insights and guidance to elevate and enhance the quality of your bid submissions.
-
Our ethos is rooted in integrity and partnership. We provide 121 personalised support. As we work together, we invest time in understanding your business and developing a Bid Library to store key information securely. This means less back-and-forth on future bids, faster turnaround times, and lower costs. We will coach and mentor your business so you grow in confidence and need our support less. Our commitment to personalised support, transparency, and delivering tailored solutions ensures we stand out in the industry.
-
There are many variables that can affect the outcome of a bid, including pricing, legal terms, and external factors unrelated to the quality of the written response. While we cannot guarantee success, we tend to find that businesses that engage closely with us during the process have more success. You know your business better than anyone, and by collaborating closely with you to bring out all the magic within your business, we can craft a compelling story that resonates with buyers.
-
Yes, we can! In fact, we believe that coming in with a fresh perspective to bid and tender writing is a key strength. By asking the right questions, doing our research and bringing an outsider’s clarity, we can distil your expertise into a compelling and accessible narrative that speaks directly to the buyer’s needs. We work closely with your Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Process and Pricing
-
Every bidding process is unique, varying in size and complexity. We quote a fixed fee for each project, considering factors like word count, existing materials, and time needed for research and strategy. As we build your Bid Library and get to know your business better, future bids become more streamlined and cost-efficient, saving both time and money.
-
On average, we write 2,000 words per day from scratch, with faster turnaround times possible if existing materials are available. A typical 10,000-word bid can take anywhere between 7-10 days, depending on material available, client input and bid complexity. This includes time allocated to interview subject matter experts, research and information gathering, scheduled bid reviews and editing and proof reading before finalising.
-
We use the Bid Management Plan as a working document, updating it regularly to reflect progress with your bid. With your dedicated secure SharePoint folder, you can track the status of your bids at any time, ensuring full transparency throughout the process.
We record all time spent on your project in Xero, ensuring complete transparency. Time records are available upon request.
